An Okada man popularly known as Abu who commute in popular market "Orie Oduma", was almost lynched by angry mobs for having affair with Widow late Mrs Owelle. The incident happened in Oduma town in Aninri LGA of Enugu state.
As of now no fewer than 20 miscreants from Amagu are on the run after they beat up an okada man whom was very friendly with a widow from the community.
The widow has explained what actually happened, Mr Abu was accused of dating the widow Mrs owelle oforkpa, Mr Abu is a native of Amankpume but operates his okada business at Orie market. The widow is a petty trader at the market. She became very friendly with Abu because of how he had been very helpful to her since the demise of her husband.
The gang that attacked Mr abu are allies of the late Owelle oforkpa whom is known as a gang leader of a very deadly and notorious group.
The widow explained that nearly all of them had approached her for a relationship since her husband died but she refused them because their notorious life. Since then, the jealous men have been targeting anyone whom comes close to the woman.
So last night they arranged for Mr abu and beat him close to his grave before disappearing one by one.
The man is currently receiving treatment in the community Health care.
